Antique evening gown circa 1900 to 1910 ~ A Palmer New York ~ high waist black silk ball gown with white & beige trim ~ square neckline front & back ~ long full train ~ Soutache cummerbund at high waist and neckline front and back there is an extended panel at the bodice front ~ Jet glass tube bead trim *entire neckline with a 2.5" wide x 7.5" long beaded panel backed with white silk* ~ This same silk is found at the sleeve ends and runs the neckline ~ Soutache panel at bodice has loops of twisted jet glass beads and round & bell shape fringe made of sequins and beads ~ bust area of the bodice is pleated silk ~ The skirt has two wide bands of soutache that hang lose from the skirt ~ Built in corset with bones and petticoat- Sz: 10 or Medium (modern day size)

- waist: 28" ~ can be adjusted up to 32"
- Condition: dress is in very good condition and would make a great display for a shop or museum ~ The petticoat is tattered, but still there (see bottom pic ~ this can be removed and replaced) ~ There are one or two of the bells at the bodice that are missing along with a row of the twisted beads ~ Some lose tube beads at the neck line ~ the silk in the corset is starting to fray and there may be some small minor holes at the silk around the neckline ~*~ The rest of the dress is in very good condition ~ All the minor damage I have listed can be restored
